Karnataka Gets New Director General & Inspector General of Police: Meet M.A. Saleem

Karnataka has a new top cop! M.A. Saleem has been appointed as the state’s Director General and Inspector General of Police (DG&IGP).

Saleem takes over from Dr. Alok Mohan, who retired on May 21st. This marks a significant change in leadership for the Karnataka Police Force, with Saleem now heading the state’s law enforcement efforts.
